Papain Refined, Deodorised, : ( PPN-3) :

• This is ultra refined Papain derived from freshest possible latex collected from green fruit of Carrica Papaya available from our local area.
• It is typical cream colored amorphous powder having slight brownish tinge. It has almost no odor but some time it may have some pleasant non objectionable odor.
• This is also available in proteolytic activity range of 50 to 1100 TU/mg.
• Microbial load is NMT 5000 TPC/g, with no E.Coli, Salmonella or Shigella. Yeast & Mold count is less than 100/gm.
• Its application remains same as PPN-1 and PPN-2 but we strongly recommend its use in food, pharma and cosmetics industry where odor may be a concern.
