M/s Biofact India Enterprises was incorporated in the year 2012 and has shown a remarkable performance and growth in a short span of time. The company has been able to generate a a moderate turnover of Rs.2.5 cr. within first two years time. Ours is a newly established company founded by two highly experienced technocrats, Mr. Dilipsingh Pardeshi and Mr.Arun B.Bhavsar. Both of them have more than 30 years of experience in the field of Papain & Protein Based Products. Both are well versed with all production techniques and technical specifications used in Papain manufacturing. The company has set up its plant at Yeola co-operative industrial Estate, Yeola Dist Nasik, (M.S.), which is about 80 km from Nasik and about 250 km from Mumbai, on Nasik Aurangabad highway.

About The Mentors

• Mr. Dilipsingh P. Pardeshi, one of the founder members, is M.Sc.in Organic chemistry. He have a vast experience in Papain field and he had worked in Papain industry at various levels, as Production Chemist, Quality Control officer and finally as quality Control Manager for almost 25 years.
• Mr. Arun B. Bhavsar, is another founder member, is B.Sc. (Chemistry), DBM. He has 30 years of experience in Papain industry and worked in R & D and then as Production Manager for almost 20 years.

Manufacturing Unit

The company is mainly manufacturing Refined Papain, Ultra Refined Papain Liquid and Instant Meat Tenderizer in a well-established manufacturing facility using advanced machines. Our plant has the capacity to manufacture about 60 tones of liquid and 6 tones of Powder Papain per month. our capacity expansion program is already underway and after its completion there will be almost 4 fold jump in production capacity. Moreover, we have a well-equipped quality control laboratory to monitor the quality of the products required by breweries, bakeries, agro, pharma and biotech industries. Here we can test Papain sample for all required tests, like proteolytic activity by Tyrosine unit method or by USP, or by milk clotting method, etc. Similarly, all microbiological tests are also done.

Our Activity

Companys major activity is to manufacture and export Papain. It is derived from latex of Carrica papaya (Linn) Papain having different grades. Most important among them is Refined Papain used in food processing and pharma industry. The latest addition to the list is Papain in liquid form. This is a highly stabilized and ultra refined product introduced for food application. The company produces various grades of Papain as per customerâs requirement. Other products we deal in are Meat tenderizer, Tryptone, Soyatone, etc.

Currently, we are focusing upon utilizing the current capacity to the fullest but our sights are trained on the future. It is a part of our vision of crating growth by anticipating opportunities. In the coming years, we have also planned to increase the plant capacity, improving infrastructure and adding new products in the same line.
