• This is also is highly active, purified and concentrated ultra refined Papain derived from very high quality, fresh latex of green fruit of Carica Papaya (Linn.), available from local area.
• SO₂ level in the product is almost nil or maximum up to 30 ppm.
• It is cream colored amorphous powder having almost no odor or slight characteristics odor resembling raw green fruit of Carica papaya.
• It is available in proteolytic activity range of 50 to 1100 TU/mg.
• Microbial load is NMT 5000 TPC/g, with no E.Coli, Salmonella or Shigella. Yeast & Mold count is less than 100/gm.
• Basically this Papain is also having all the same application as PPN-1, but this is preferred by industries and countries where SO₂ is a concern, especially US and European countries.
